My experience was distasteful. The optometrist who works here is amazing. She was patient, informed, and very thorough. I was in and out in no time, and she answered every question I had with no hesitation. The Vision Center on the other hand, was much less helpful. I was treated with unmannerly behavior. While they were very kind in person, as I tried on frames, they were not accommodating when I called back 2 months later. While trying to order contacts and glasses from an outside provider, I contacted this Vision Center in order to obtain my prescription. I called several times this week, September 27th, 2015, and every time they refused to help me in reading my prescription. I was told that they could not help me with understanding the prescription, as I was ordering from another retailer. Of the two women who I spoke with, they were very rude! I had to make several calls to have them fax my prescription to me, as they were very reluctant to do so. Although I no longer live in the state, they insisted I had to come in person. Overall, I found them to be unprofessional enough to deter me from ever visiting this Vision Center again.
