If you bring an outside prescription they won't make your in network insurance valid. In my case my 2 yr old daughter is dealing with strabismus and had surgery done with a pediatric optometrists SPECIALIST who prescribed her glasses. A Second eye exam was not necessary and we did not feel comfortable using their own doctors to do this again so they refused to accept my VSP insurance for this case. Venesa is polite but difficult to deal with as she plays a nice person role with lack of knowledge on external insurance policies and instead enforces in store policies which contradict one another hence a bad experience.
