Dr. Howell, an Eye MD, (Ophthalmologist) has been taking care of the eyes of the Panhandle since 1964. He has always done & still does routine eye examinations, including checking for glasses. Amarillo Eye Care Center is a complete eye care center. We are capable of caring for minor & major eye problems, with a caring staff & doctor. There is no problem too large or small for our staff.
